ELIGIBILITY

The “All About ME” ("Contest ") runs between 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 4th, 2010 and 11:59 PM EST on December 31st, 2010. Open to residents of Ontario.  Entrant must be a legal resident of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of Contest Sponsors, The Graphic Attic, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the Contest. Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

HOW TO ENTER
Follow the instructions online at www.life-online.ca  and fill out the entry form to receive one (1) entry. You can also receive one (1) additional entry for each person you refer to the Contest (“Referral Entry”) one entry per day per person.  No other method of entry will be accepted. Entries must be received by 11:59 EST on December 31st, 2010 to qualify for the Contest. Proof of online entry or of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will only be eligible for the entry period they are received.

One (1) Twelve (12) week Yoga or Pilates class from Fit For Life Physiotherapy.  Value: $189
One (1) Wellness Package which includes: 1 one (1) hour massage, Nutritional Consultation, Body Analysis, Chiropractic Assessment from Integrative Touch. Value: $215.00
One (1) Gift Certificate for two (2) hours worth of treatment at Elemental Therapies.  Value: $180.00

Total prize pool value: $584.00
All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. No more than one prize per entrant. Contest prizes cannot be combined with any other offer.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be selected for all prizes by an independent judging organization in random drawings from among all eligible entries on or around December 31st,  2010.  Potential winners will be notified by mail and/or email within 10 days from the DRAWING dates. In the event that a potential winner cannot be notified within 10 days after notification attempt, or if a potential winner fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules, including failure to reply within 7 days of prize notification, then that potential winner’s prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of winners’ acceptance of prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical question prior to receipt of prize.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Contest is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the municipal courts located in the Halton municipality of Canada.

PUBLICITY
Participation in the Contest constitutes each winner’s permission for Sponsors to use such winner's name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promoting this Contest without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE
By entering the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally releases and holds harmless Sponsors and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt, redemption, use or misuse of any prize won, except to the extent that this release may be limited by applicable law.

GENERAL
Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsors, any telephone network, service providers and The Graphic Attic and Vibe Incentives are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, or there are insufficient participants, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.vibeincentives.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST  OR THIS WEBSITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF ENTRIES
The personal information you submit when you enter the Contest is collected by the Sponsors and will not be sold or distributed to any third parties.  You may unsubscribe by following instructions in contest confirmation email.
